When Bill Clark began working in the dental industry 50 years ago, he took the first step in a journey distinguished by innovation and specialisation. He ensured those fundamental principles were built into the heart of the business when he took on the Cattani Australia dealership in Melbourne in 1987, forging the basis of a continuing success story.

Their people have a genuine passion for and knowledge of the industry, so it is little wonder that Cattani is known for outstanding quality and high performing products. Their suction systems and oil free compressors are used daily in a range of dental applications, from small dental practices to 200+ chair hospitals and universities throughout Australia and the world.

Project Description

Cattani engaged relación to take care of their online marketing. The consulting engagement moved through several phases. First, we provided an appraisal and planning, where we reviewed the current state and desired state of digital, past experiences, or other areas that are focused on engagement. During the consulting we identified key inefficiencies resulting in wasted time and money, identified critical bottlenecks that are limiters to growth. We reviewed the work done to date and identified gaps to open new opportunities. Then we provided an actionable road map for us that delivers on budget and needs. Since the consulting, we have continued to maintain and support Cattani’s digital needs.
