Branding & Content Briefing


  • This brief helps us understand your business, target audience, brand messaging and tone of voice. Learning about your business and your ideal customer assists us when writing content to meet your expectations. Please complete the steps below with as much information as you can. Once you submit, we can get to work!



  • Who are we talking to? Describe your ideal customer providing as much detail as possible. For example, including gender, age, location, demographic, pain points (and how your product/service solves them), and any other helpful information.
  • Think of this in terms of benefits, not the process or features.
  • Write whatever comes to mind about the outcome your customer will get. Note: this could be implied, not stated and is still important to know.
  • What do you do? Provide as much detail as you can about your business.
  • What is the most important thing you want your target audience to think, feel or do? Move beyond demographic information and think about behaviour and attitude. What will motivate them and what emotion will drive them into action? Outline what success would look like.
  • Detail the strategic thought that will inspire the individual to engage with your business. Keep it simple - think elevator pitch.
  • If relevant, please include brand guidelines and any VOC/TOC documentation with the return brief. Write in the space provided or upload this or any other supporting documentation below.
